Low AC is NOT an option for the Rogue class in this duel IMO.

Dragon's of the Zodiac x3 should generally be your first option. If high latency or splvl 20 Sorc, opting for 1-2 Dragon's of Wizardry can be an alternative for an even greater mana pool. Due to image manipulations and desync, I never recommend using a non-fast attack bow vs Sorcerors. Note that this build is also excellent vs Melee Rogues.

The jewelry slots for this build are pretty much non-negotiable. Because this is a damage focused build, Dragon's of Wizardry doesn't make sense here. The Rogue loses too much damage for the small mana gain. This build offers a similar dmg output to the Garnet swiftness/RC build while gaining max magic resists at the cost of around 25 mana, which is the point here.

The items for this build are the least flexible of perhaps any duel. Harmony is a must. If both players agree to it, using a non-swiftness bow, preferably one with of the Heavens suffix, can make this duel more interesting and/or balanced.

Weapon: King's Sword of Haste (Alt: Strange Sword of Haste)
Shield: Topaz Shield of Blocking (note: must be 15%)

This is a tough duel for the melee Rogue, but this build combines a higher splvl of 17 combined with effective stunlock to make this setup dangerous all around. Harmony and fast block are a must, as is max resists. King's Sword of Haste should provide more than enough to hit vs most Bow Rogues, but Strange Sword of Haste will get the job done if the Bow Rogue opts for high ac. This build can also be effective vs Warriors.

A fine alternative to going bow to make any Warriors life a living hell. Lots of flexibility here. You can mix and match, and opt for either ultra high ac, or high ac with higher lvl spells of 17, or you can opt for lightning dmg with the Lightnings Sword of Haste. It is recommended you have fast block and max resists in this duel, whatever you decide to use.
